Sponsorship Levels and Benefits for 2010 IATUL Conference (Vendor Displays)

IATUL (International Association of Scientific and Technological University Libraries), founded in 1955, has 235 member libraries from 49 nations.

This conference, “The Evolving World of e-Science: Impact and Implications for Science and Technology Libraries,” will provide excellent exposure for your company to the university librarians and senior managers from scientific and technological university libraries world-wide.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP ($10,000) – Sponsor of the Day Trip to Chicago, Thursday, June 24th, 2010, with visits to Museum of Science and Industry, Lunch, and Architectural River Cruise.

The Platinum Sponsor will receive the following:

• Conference program will note your company on the front cover of the program as the Platinum Sponsor (the company logo will be displayed)
• Acknowledgement of the Platinum Sponsorship on the Conference website
• One full page monochrome advertisement in the final program (if supplied by sponsor)
• Two complimentary conference registrations for Company representatives
• A list of all delegates who attend the conference
• A company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the Conference area
• A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates’ bags

GOLD SPONSORSHIPS ($7,500)

A Gold Sponsor will receive the following:

• Conference program will note your company on the front cover of the program as a Gold Sponsor (the company logo will be displayed)
• Acknowledgement of the Gold Sponsorship on the Conference website
• One full page monochrome advertisement in the final program (if supplied by sponsor)
• A complimentary conference registration for a Company representative
• A list of all delegates who attend the conference
• A company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the Conference area
• A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates’ bags
• Option to sponsor one event from the following: Opening Reception; Keynote Speaker; Evening Event on Monday or Tuesday; Concluding Banquet on Wednesday; or Underwriting the Grants for Attendees from Developing Countries

SILVER SPONSORSHIPS ($5,000)

A Silver Sponsor will receive the following:

• Conference program will note your company as a Silver Sponsor (the company logo will be displayed)
• Acknowledgement of the Silver Sponsorship on the Conference web site
• One half page monochrome advertisement in the final program (if supplied by sponsor)
• A complimentary conference registration for one Company representative
• A list of all delegates who attend the conference
• A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates’ bags
• Option to sponsor a plenary session on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

BRONZE SPONSORSHIPS ($3,000­-$5,000)

A Bronze Sponsor will receive the following:

• Conference program will note your company as a Bronze sponsor
• Acknowledgement of the Bronze Sponsorship on the Conference web site
• A list of all delegates who attend the conference
• Option to sponsor a submitted papers session on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

DONORS up to $3,000

A Donor will receive the following:

• Acknowledgement in the final program
• Acknowledgement of your sponsorship on the Conference web site

Please note that the IATUL Conference does not have a separate trade show. The conference provides the opportunity for company representatives to mix fully with library delegates at sessions and at social occasions, including morning and afternoon breaks, and at lunches. Vendor displays and morning and afternoon breaks take place in the same venue.

In order to display at the IATUL 2010 Conference a vendor must be a sponsor at the Bronze Level or above.
