Microsoft has put Feynman’s Messenger Lectures online. (I’ve never seen more than a few bits of them before). An interesting interface — it gives a written transcription, and allows you to take notes, as well as having other enhancements. http://research.microsoft.com/apps/tools/tuva/index.html
