Applications must be submitted online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmlcompetition.net\/fastapps\/login.php\">www.dmlcompetition.net\/fastapps\/login.php<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The competition will award $2 million in grants for new ideas to transform learning using digital media. It seeks designers, inventors, entrepreneurs, researchers, and others to build digital media experiences \u2014 the learning labs of the 21st Century \u2014 that help young people interact, share, build, tinker, and explore in new and innovative ways.<\/p>\n<p>The competition is part of MacArthur\u2019s digital media and learning initiative, which is designed to help determine how digital technologies are changing the way young people learn, play, socialize, and participate in civic life.
