Dr. Todd is the director of the Center for International Scholarship in School Libraries and a professor in the School of Communication &amp; Information at Rutgers. His day-long presentation and workshop was titled,\u00a0 <em>New Foundations: Building an Inquiry-Based Information Literacy Agenda<\/em>, and introduced attendees to approaches to information literacy underpinned by constructivist learning theory.
