Beginning this fall semester, Libraries locations and services will be available to students, faculty and staff during updated hours:<\/p>\n
The Wilmeth Active Learning Center<\/b><\/a> (WALC) will be open 24\/7 with PUID swipe access. Located in the heart of campus, WALC serves as a central location for classroom and library space, housing the Library of Engineering and Science, the Mullins Reading Room, the Knowledge Lab, and 27 classrooms designed for active learning.<\/p>\n The Library of Engineering & Science<\/b><\/a> is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM until 2:00 AM, as well as Friday from 7:00 AM until midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 AM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Aviation and Transportation Technology Library<\/b><\/a> is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Black Cultural Center Library<\/b><\/a> is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM until 9:30 PM, as well as Friday from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Hicks Undergraduate Library<\/b><\/a> <\/b>as well as the Humanities, Social Sciences and Education Library<\/b><\/a> in Stewart Center and the Roland G. Parrish Library of Management & Economics<\/b><\/a> are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until midnight, as well as Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Saturday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM until midnight.<\/p>\n Renovations of the second and third floors of the Humanities, Social Science and Education Library (HSSE) in Stewart Center<\/a> are moving along and will continue through the beginning of the fall semester, with second and third floors remaining inaccessible until remodeling is complete. We are excited to add more inviting study spaces with comfortable seating to one of our most frequented libraries on campus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Mathematical Sciences Library<\/b><\/a>, as well as the Veterinary Medical Library<\/b><\/a> are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM, as well as Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 to 8:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n To check library hours daily, visit: lib.purdue.edu\/hoursList<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Knowledge Lab<\/b><\/a> is a rapid prototyping space where the Purdue community can use a variety of materials, equipment, and software to experiment with the exploration and presentation of their ideas. Celebrating the Boilermaker spirit of imagination and innovation, the space offers low-stakes resources such as sewing machines, Riso printer, a podcast booth, heat press, yarns, cardboard, fabrics, and more. It serves as a first stop in a pipeline of opportunities on campus to fully actualize an idea. Located in WALC 3007, drop-ins welcome, no appointment necessary. Check the schedule<\/a>\u00a0or follow their Instagram<\/a> page to learn about upcoming workshops and events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n IT support<\/b> along with wide-format printing assistance will be offered to Boilermakers at our HIKS and WALC Purdue IT Service Desks locations:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The wide format printers are geared for research presentation, blueprints and coursework, and are accessible during library hours, including evenings and weekends. Purdue IT staff at these locations are available to help users configure their files to print correctly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Additional IT support is available on the first floor of the Humanities, Social Sciences and Education Library in Stewart Center.<\/p>\n<\/li>\nServices<\/h3>\n
