Photo by Teresa Brown.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Five Purdue University students showed the many reasons why they love <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lib.purdue.edu\/\">Purdue Libraries<\/a> in the Purdue University Libraries\u2019 fourth annual \u201cWhy I Love Purdue Libraries\u201d video contest.<\/p>\n<p>The contest, which was announced last fall and is supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purduefed.com\/\">Purdue Federal Credit Union<\/a>, was open to Purdue students and received several entries for the 2016-17 competition. All entries were judged by members of the Undergraduate Student Libraries Advisory Council.<\/p>\n<p>Three videos \u2013 first, second, and third place \u2013 were selected as winners of the first $1,000 prize, second $750 prize, and third $500 prize. Five students (two on the first-place team and two on the third-place team) produced the videos.
